You will find this to be beneficial in all areas of your life, including reducing stress and blood pressure, relieving pain, improving posture and providing long term wellness. All classes offered help to transform the way your body looks, feels, and performs. There is a lot of variety offered in Pilates classes. The different pieces of equipment, including the reformer, tower, chair and jumpboard are used to teach our bodies awareness, posture, improved flexibility, core strengthening, balance and breathing.
